President Trump telephone call with President XI of China sets off  S&P 500 futures rally. The S&P 500 futures hit a high of $2,928.5  gaining over $35.

Mood is positive this morning on possible trade talks  and a expected dovish FOMC statement.

Had a very good telephone conversation with President Xi of China. We will be having an extended meeting next week at the G-20 in Japan. Our respective teams will begin talks prior to our meeting.
