Blanc moves to Jefferies

Patrice Blanc was hired as division president for Jefferies’ newly formed Futures Division. Previously, he was CEO at Newedge Group. "I am excited to join Jefferies at this historic time in the evolution of the futures and swaps markets," he commented. "Jefferies is incredibly well positioned to be a leader in providing customers with both execution and clearing services." He is based in London.

Donna Heidkamp was appointed president of RJO Futures at R.J. O'Brien. Richard Feltes joined as vice president of research.

Bob Diamond was named president and deputy group chief executive at Barclays.

Rod Wilmer was named chief executive officer of Newedge Canada.

Atrey Parikh joined Trading Cross Connects US LLC where he will work with their network infrastructure.

Mary Ann Dowling joined Treasury Strategies, Inc. as a principal in the firm’s corporate consulting practice. Ray Benson was named managing director of the firm’s Treasury technology consulting practice.

Bradley Abelow was named global chief operating officer of MF Global Holdings Ltd.

Clay Ludlurn was named director of financial advisor education at the Options Industry Council.

Michelle D. Greene joined NYSE Euronext as vice president and head of corporate responsibilities. Additionally, she was named executive director of the NYSE Foundation.

Stephen Head joined Barclays Wealth as managing director and regional manager for Texas.

David Lewis also joined Barclays Wealth as managing director and head of banking, Americas.

Michael C. Prokop was named managing director of energy products at CME Group. Alice Hackett was named managing director of global client development & sales.

Mason Slaine was named chairman, president and chief executive officer of Interactive Data Corp.

Kurt Zyla joined Russell Investments as regional director for listed derivatives.

Edward Egilinsky joined Priced Asset Management as a managing director.
