The Intercontinental Exchange’s (ICE) OTC markets are functioning again, as per ICE, since 1:30 p.m. eastern. Futures markets returned at 1:50 p.m. All markets were closed this morning due to a power issue at the ICE Primary Data Center. All unexecuted active orders in closed markets were held. As per ICE, technical teams have properly restored all systems to a ready state.
