 ICE Futures U.S introduced two new futures contracts based on Russell Investments' U.S. stock indexes, The Russell 1000 Growth and Russell 1000 Value Index futures contracts. www.theice.com

The International Securities Exchange announced that First Trust Advisors L.P. has launched two new exchange traded funds based on ISE's newest proprietary sector indexes, the ISE Global Copper Index and the ISE Global Platinum Index www.ise.com  

The National Stock Exchange of India and CME Group announced cross-listing arrangements, including license agreements covering benchmark indexes for U.S. and Indian equities. CME Group also expanded electronic trading hours for the dollar-denominated Nikkei 225 futures to nearly 24 hour access.  www.cmegroup.com  

Russell Investments added 16 initial public offerings from the first quarter of 2010 to the U.S. broad-market Russell 3000 Index. www.russell.com

Direxion Shares introduced two new exchange traded funds (ETFs) based on Nasdaq OMX's PHLX Semiconductor SectorSM index. The new ETFs are leveraged Bull and Bear index funds that seek 300% of the daily performance, or 300% of the inverse of the daily performance (before fees and expenses), of the PHLX Semiconductor Sector index. www.indexes.nasdaqomx.com

Barchart.com, Inc. launched a new Exchange Traded Funds fundamental data service. www.barchart.com

The International Derivatives Clearing Group is now able to accept interest rate derivative products into its clearinghouse via MarkitSERV. www.idcg.com

SuperDerivatives launched a bespoke consultancy service to help corporations improve the reporting efficiency of their derivatives hedging activity. www.superderivatives.com
