Credit Suisse and Dow Jones Indexes signed an agreement involving the indexes formerly known as the Credit Suisse/Tremont Hedge Fund Indexes.   • Interesting note about Russell Investments adding new indexes and index methodology. Related to this, ICE U.S. recently expanded its offering of Russell index futures contracts with the launch of the Russell 1000 Value and Russell 1000 Growth contracts. ICE now lists four Russell institutional and trading benchmarks (Russell 2000, Russell 1000, and the two new style indexes).
