London Stock Exchange (LSE) completed Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices acquisition from Citigroup.
 
ICE: NYSE wants listed companies to delay the release of end-of-day company announcements by five minutes to avoid interference during the closing auction. The proposal would require companies to release announcements not less than 5 minutes after the market’s close at 4.00pm.
