CME announces agreement with BSO

Correction: CME has struck up an agreement with BSO to provide CME Group’s clients and customers with market data, hosting and colocation tools.

ENX reported 1Q17 EPS ex-exceptional items of €0.66 (-3% y/y), 3c below our estimate, and diluted EPS of €0.63 (-8% y/y). Revenues were €126.6m (0% y/y) and OpEx of €59.9m (+3% y/y). Agility for growth initiative generated €1m revenues and €1.8m of cost in 1Q17. ENX adjusted its dividend policy and will pay the highest of 50% of reported EPS and €1.42 per share, until AGM 2020.

CBOE declared 2Q17 dividend per share of $0.25, payable on 16-Jun to shareholders of record on 2-Jun.

ICE: NYSE COO Stacey Cunningham said BATS proposed order type to compete with NYSE and NASDAQ closing auctions "will harm one of the most relied-upon aspects of modern market structure, the closing auction,"  NYSE is encouraging its members to oppose the plan, according to Reuters.
