July 23, 2013 • Reprints

pending chart 2238

Trend from the first bar bear, higher high major trend reversal, consecutive sell climax, double bottom higher low major trend reversal, wedge lower high

  • Tuesday, July 23, 2013
  • Bar 1 - Higher high major trend reversal, gap up but doji. Buyers at the low of week of the bar and probably scaling in lower sellers at the high of the bar and probably scaling in higher. Low probability sell or short so better to wait
  • Bar 2 - Inside bar bur 2 dojis. Buyers at the low of week of the bar and probably scaling in lower sellers at the high of the bar and probably scaling in higher, but better to wait or swing since low probability
  • Bar 4 - Outside bar surrounded by inside bars, ok swing buy or long or sell or short, but sell or short better since yesterday = trading range day = magnet. Better to wait
  • Bar 5 - Big breakout, more down. Always in short, tqb bear
  • Bar 7 - Breakout, more down. Alternating bull and bear bars so probably bear leg in trading range
  • Bar 8 - Breakout test or bought, but near bottom of yesterday 74 trading range so might bounce soon. Stop above 5, maybe 6 or 7
  • Bar 9 - Or, but probably sellers at the high of the bar and probably scaling in higher for test 74 low
  • Bar 11 - Close on low, more down
  • Bar 14 - Big bear bar, sell climax, but 60 minute 20 bar exponential moving average target just below
  • Bar 17 - Mds 15, ok scalp buy or long, especially if wide stop. Just above 60 minute 20 bar exponential moving average so might get a little more down
  • Bar 18 - Bear outside bar surrounded by inside bars but buying pressure at 60 minute 20 bar exponential moving average so low probability sell or short. Probably buyers at the low of week of the bar and probably scaling in lower
