Adrian Farnham was hired as the chief operating officer of the London Metal Exchange’s clearinghouse, LME Clear, effective in early 2013. Farnham joins LME from Turquoise MTF, the multilateral trading platform of the London Stock Exchange, where he served as chief operating officer and, most recently, CEO.

William Andrews was promoted to CEO of Campbell & Co. Andrews has been with the company for more than 15 years, most recently serving as co-director of research. The investment manager also named Michael Harris president.

Natan Tiefenbrun has been named CEO of the London Stock Exchange’s Turquoise platform, replacing Adrian Farnham. Tiefenbrun most recently was head of the product, equity and derivatives market at LSE. His prior work experience also includes stints at XConnect and Instinet.

Richard Deglman is now chief credit officer of Foundation Bancorp Inc., where he will oversee all credit functions at Foundation Bank. Deglman has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as executive vice presdient and chief credit officer for Service 1st Bank of Nevada.

Demetria O’Sullivan was named chief risk officer of NYSE Euronext’s (NYX) London-based clearinghouse, NYSE Clearing. O’Sullivan previously was global head of risk for futures and OTC clearing at Citigroup. NYSE Clearing plans to launch a new clearing platform next June, to expand its clearing business.

Jeff Kiley joined Omgeo as its director of industry for the Americas. Kiley previously held senior positions at companies including Bear Stearns, SG Cowen, Pershing/Bank of New York and, most recently, JPMorgan, where he served as prime services managing director.

Marcus Thompson was elected to a two-year term on the International Securities Exchange’s (ISE) Board of Directors. Thompson currently serves as a managing director within Deutsche Borse AG’s CFO division, where he is responsible for financial accounting and controlling. He will serve as a non-industry director at ISE.

Chris Jones was appointed chief risk officer of LME Clear, the clearinghouse of the London Metal Exchange, effective early next year. Jones previously spent 20 years at LCH.Clearnet Group Ltd., where he focused on regulatory change in the risk and clearing space.

Timothy Gokey was promoted to chief operating officer of Broadridge. He previously was the company’s corporate senior vice president and chief corporate development officer. Broadridge also hired Stephen Racioppo as chief revenue officer. He comes to the company from Accenture, where he was senior managing director.

Eddie Benson was hired as head of European sales trading at institutional trading and brokerage firm BTIG. Benson’s 30 years of trading experience include stints at Deutsche Bank, Rowe and Pitman and SG Warburg.

Tom Kingsley was named Asia-Pacific head of execution consulting services at Bloomberg Tradebook. Kingsley previously was the company’s head of product development for the Asia-Pacific region.

Paul Chrimes was named chief operating officer of MIG Capital (Europe), Ltd. Chrimes comes to the company from E-Trade Securities Ltd., where he most recently served as CEO. In his new role, he will oversee the finance, operations and compliance activities of MIG Bank’s London-based subsidiary.

Patrick Young is now a non-executive director on the board of Data City Exchange (dce). Young, who also sits on the board of Liquidnet Europe, previously was CEO of the Romanian SIBEX Exchange and the director of a private equity fund.
