Davide Accomazzo, one of the partners at Cervino Capital Management, and Roberto E. Calle Gracey filed a class action lawsuit against MF Global in New York for allegedly comingling customer funds in its final days before bankruptcy. The lawsuit names Jon Corzine, Bradley Abelow and Henri Steenkamp as defendants.
