James L. Koutoulas, CEO of Typhon Capital Management, who has set up an informal organization — which now numbers an estimated 1500 people — to represent the thousands of MF Global customers who he believes have been left out in the cold by the MF Global liquidation process has put out a white paper titled: Background, Impacts & Solutions to MF Global's Demise.
In it he lists numerous short-term and long-term solutions to the problem. Chief of which is returning all available seg assets to their rightful owners and assigning a representative for MF Global clients to the bankruptcy creditor’s committee.
