Eris Exchange announced the successful launch of the Eris SwapBook electronic trading platform for trading Eris Interest Rate Swap Futures cleared by CME Clearing.

BATS Europe launched a “preferencing system,” a trade feed mechanism that routes trades to a customer’s chosen clearing house or CCP.

RTS Realtime Systems Group (RTS) announced that it has signed a letter of intent and entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire First Futures Software Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (FFS), a high-end technology solutions provider in Pune, India.

Eurex announced today that it will launch its new access point in Hong Kong in June. This will be the second Eurex access point in Asia.

NYSE Technologies introduced the first cloud platform in the financial industry, the Capital Markets Community Platform. The platform will offer a variety of cloud-based services enabling customers to easily purchase the computing power required at a given time, and is currently undergoing beta-testing with customers before going live on July 1.

Integral Development Corp. announced the launch of FX Cloud enabling the full life cycle of FX, available in the cloud, as services hosted by Integral.

TMX Select received approval from the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) to launch on July 11. The ATS platform will use “symmetrical pricing”, with a fee schedule charging liquidity providers and seekers a nominal fee of $0.0002/share for stocks under $1 and over, and $0.0001/share for stocks priced under $1.
