The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) held its twelfth open meeting to propose new rules under Dodd-Frank. Five rules were proposed. Among the rules discussed were disruptive trading practices, recordkeeping and reporting rules for pre-enacted swaps, and registration of intermediaries.
