ELX reduced the minimum block trade levels to 300 contracts from 1,000 contracts for the 5, 10, and 30 year U.S. Treasury futures contracts as well as the Ultrabond.

Everence Capital Management announced the launch of its MMA Praxis International Index Fund (MPLAX for Class A Shares, MPLIX for Class I Shares).

ELX announced that Advantage Futures LLC will become an authorized participant and offer Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) services for ELX.

Liquidnet launched trading in equities listed in Malaysia, which “represents a growing equity market with very strong prospects”, and also plans to introduce its services in Indonesia sometime soon.

BATS launched two new Parallel smart order routing strategies, Parallel 2D and Parallel T, both of which will be available on the US BATS Exchanges, and Parallel 2D will be also be available on BATS Options and BATS Europe.
