Davie named CEO of SwapClear at LCH.Clearnet

Michael Davie has joined LCH.Clearnet as chief executive officer of SwapClear. Previously he was chief financial officer of global fixed income sales at JPMorgan. “SwapClear is the global leader in [OTC derivative clearing]. I am greatly looking forward to working with our current and prospective clients to ensure the service is developed in line with their requirements,” Davie says.

Rod Banus was named senior advisor for commodities at Singapore Exchange. Previously, he was head of listed product, prime services Asia at Barclays Capital.

Alexander (Sasha) Rozenberg was named managing director, over-the-counter risk for CME Clearing.

Ted Wasserman was named head of equity derivatives flow sales for North America at Deutsche Bank.

Meurig Williams was named regional head of equity for Europe and the Middle East at Daiwa Capital Markets.

Richard Feltes joined R.J. O’Brien as vice president of research. Previously he was director of commodity research at MF Global. Kirk R. Bonniwell was promoted to vice president of strategic planning at R.J. O’Brien.

Martin Franchi was named chief financial officer at Mirus Futures.

Sean Gallagher has joined Fiserv as president of its investment services division.

Douglas J. Tucker was named general counsel at OptionsCity.

Skip Shean was named chief operating officer of BigTrends.com.

Jacob Plattner was named vice president of institutional sales at Alpari Boston.
