Benning joins NYPC as chief risk officer

Joseph Benning was named chief risk officer at New York Portfolio Clearing. Previously, he was a director at Moody's Analytics and a senior economist at the Chicago Board of Trade. Laura Klimpel was named chief compliance officer and counsel at New York Portfolio Clearing.

Jermaine Harmon was named head of institutional sales in North America at Alpari.

Robert J. Rendine was named senior vice president and global head of corporate communications at NYSE Euronext.
