CME Group now offers a FedWatch tool for gauging the market’s expectations of potential changes to the Fed Funds target rate.

Interactive Brokers reduced its fees for trading U.S. futures and futures options. Customers can now choose from two low-cost pricing plans: a fixed rate plan, USD 0.85 per contract plus exchange and regulatory fees, or a volume tiered plan, USD 0.25-0.85 per contract plus exchange, regulatory and carrying fees. Four different price tiers based on monthly trading volume are available. Interactive Brokers also added trading in stocks on Borsa Italiana.

NYSE Arca Europe admitted U.S. equities to its trading platform when it launched the components of the S&P 100 Index for trading during the second quarter of 2010.

The International Securities Exchange (ISE) announced that First Trust Advisors L.P. has launched a new exchange traded fund based on the ISE BICK Index.

ELX Futures launched its Eurodollar Futures contract.

International Derivatives Clearing Group, LLC will now be clearing US Dollar Interest Rate Swap vs. 1 Month Floating Rate, US Dollar Forward Start Interest Rate Swap vs. 1 Month Floating Rate, US Dollar Overnight Index Swap (OIS), US Dollar 1 Month Forward Rate Agreement (FRA) and US Dollar 3 Month Forward Rate Agreement through its clearinghouse.
