Brady plc and the London Metal Exchange have reported data suggesting a significant increase in steel futures trading, according to a press release issued by Brady plc. This confirms a report by the World Steel Association, whose members produce about 85% of the world's steel, that steel production increased in January 2010 by 25% compared to the same period last year.
