Cerutti to lead tech at NYSE Euronext

Dominique Cerutti was named deputy chief executive officer and global head of technology at NYSE Euronext. Previously he was general manager of IBM Southwest Europe. “I am privileged to be joining an organization that plays such a vital role among investors, issuers and economies throughout the world. As I became familiar with the company’s strategy, leadership team and organizational character, I was increasingly drawn to the opportunity to contribute to the growth of NYSE Euronext,” Cerutti said in a statement.

Vincent Van Dessel was appointed chairman of the board of directors of Euronext Brussels and as a member of the managing board of Euronext N.V.

Steven Schoenfeld was appointed director of the division of market oversight at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Previously he was president of Global
Index Strategies.

Thomas Lewis was named chief executive officer of Green Exchange Holdings. He has served as chief executive of both Ameritrade and Automated Power Exchange, Inc.

Christopher K. Bowen was appointed managing director, chief regulatory counsel, at CME Group. Timothy W. Smith was named managing director & associate general counsel at
CME Group.

Laura Prager and Linda Prager were named co-heads and managing directors of the alternative investments group at ICAP.

Andrew Gray was named managing director, core product strategy and management at DTCC. Previously he was a managing director at
Merrill Lynch.

John Barbo joined Man Investments as manager of Man’s U.S. private client business. Previously he was head of alternative sales and marketing for Morgan Stanley.

William Denton and Amy Levenson were named managing directors at NewOak Capital.

Bruce C. Greig joined Altin Holdings as a portfolio manager.

Laura Maver Ward was named managing director in MidCap Advisor’s Kansas City office.
