The staff of Futures magazine extends condolences to the family and friends of C. Harry Falk, who died on Jan. 3 at the age of 66. Falk became president and CEO of Nybot on July 11, 2003, after having been named interim president and CEO of Nybot in April 2002. In October 2000 he had been elected chairman of the board of governors. Falk became a member of the Coffee, Sugar & Cocoa Exchange Inc. (CSCE), a predecessor to Nybot, in 1970, and joined the CSCE board of managers in 1989, was appointed vice chairman in 1990, served as chairman from 1991 to 1995, chairman of the CSC Clearing Association from 1983 to 1991, and was elected Nybot vice chairman June 2000.
