LaSala is Nymex’s new chief regulator

David Geen has been named European general counsel at The International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Previously he was executive director and senior counsel for Goldman Sachs International in London.

Jessie Pak has been named head of Atos Euronext Market Solutions, Asia. Previously, she was head of ADP Wilco Asia Pacific, where she was responsible for all aspects of their business in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. Also, Atos has named Mamal Torfeh head of Global Managed Services. Previously Torfeh ran GMS in Paris, working on the LCH.Clearnet systems stabilization plan, and the deployment of NSC Linux for Euronext.

BT Global Financial Services has promoted Phil Mottram to managing director for trading systems. Most recently he was BT’s vice president of U.K. and global business market development.

Borys Harmaty is now vice president and manager of the customer integration services team at eSpeed Inc.

David Sexsmith is now Omgeo’s relationship manager for Canada. Previously he was the business development manager of FMCNet for Canada.
